I am Rich, the Active Wrexham Officer for the Bradley and Gwersyllt area.
Part of my role is to remove barriers to physical activity for as many young people as possible. To do this I need to know what those barriers are. I will be looking to share some questions with schools and looking to come and speak with some parents in person. I have spoken with children during the school day and now I am looking for the views of parents/guardians.
Every response I get is helpful to my work so if you could answer the below questions and return them to me on an email please, that would be brilliant! I have not pre-listed answers as everyone’s individual circumstances are different and I want the answers I receive to be as true to yourself as possible. I have tried to keep the questionnaire as short and painless as possible. This information will only be used by myself and Active Wrexham to try and increase sport and physical activity provision in the Wrexham County Borough.

(this can be barriers that indirectly affect them such as access to transport or you as the parent/guardian don’t have time to take them to groups/clubs due to working).
