Hoffwn dynnu eich sylw at fater sy’n peri pryder i ni fel ysgol. Rydym wedi sylwi bod nifer o blant hŷn yr ysgol yn ymweld â’r parc sglefrio yn y bore cyn dod i’r ysgol. Yn anffodus, mae digwyddiadau wedi bod yno sy’n arwain at ddamweiniau neu sefyllfaoedd sy’n gofyn i staff yr ysgol ymateb a darparu cymorth cyntaf ar ddechrau’r diwrnod dysgu ddechrau.
O ganlyniad i hyn, mae staff yn treulio amser dysgu yn delio gyda’r materion yma sydd wedi digwydd y tu allan i oriau a safle’r ysgol. Yn ogystal, rydym wedi sylwi bod rhai disgyblion yn cyrraedd yr ysgol yn hwyr oherwydd eu hymweliad â’r parc sglefrio.
Gofynnwn yn garedig i chi drafod y mater hwn gyda’ch plentyn ac i sicrhau bod goruchwyliaeth briodol ar gael cyn ac ar ôl ysgol. Mae hyn er mwyn diogelwch eich plant a lles y gymuned ysgol gyfan.

We would like to draw your attention to a matter that is causing concern for us as a school. We have noticed that a number of older children from the school are visiting the skate park in the morning before coming to school. Unfortunately, incidents have occurred there that lead to accidents or situations requiring school staff to respond and provide first aid at the start of the school day. As a result, staff are spending teaching time dealing with these issues that have occurred outside school hours and off school premises. Additionally, we have noticed that some pupils are arriving at school late due to their visit to the skate park.
We kindly ask you to discuss this matter with your child and ensure that proper supervision is available before and after school in the skatepark. This is for the safety of your children and the well-being of the whole school community.
