Rydyn ni wedi ymuno â’r ymgyrch genedlaethol ‘Bwytewch y Llysiau i’w Llethu’ y gallech fod wedi’i gweld yn cael ei hysbysebu ar y teledu.
Bydd y plant yn dod adref gyda siart sticeri a sticeri i’w hannog i drio mwy o lysiau gartref.
Yn yr ysgol trwy gydol mis Mawrth, byddwn yn annog y plant i roi cynnig ar fwyta mwy o lysiau amser cinio.

We have joined the national ‘Eat Them To Defeat Them’ mission that you might have seen advertised on TV.
The children will be coming home with a sticker chart and stickers to encourage them to try more vegetables at home.
In school throughout March, we will be celebrating children who try more vegetables in the canteen.
